What Commitr does
Review messages before sending
Users review outreach before it is sent. Commitr does not send recruiting emails unless the user explicitly chooses to send.
Track recruiting activity
Commitr stores limited outreach history so users can see what was sent, when it was sent, and what still needs attention.
How Gmail is used
Users may choose to connect Gmail so Commitr can send individually reviewed recruiting outreach from the user's own Gmail account. The requested Google permission is limited to Gmail Send.
Commitr does not request permission to read Gmail inboxes, read replies, create Gmail drafts, modify labels, delete messages, or access the full mailbox. Gmail authorization tokens are protected on the server and are never exposed to the browser.

Commitr's privacy policy explains what data is collected, how Google user data is used, and the security controls used to protect sensitive data such as OAuth tokens, account information, recruiting profile details, and outreach history.
